The inital consultation is free, should you require a second consultation a non refundable fee of $70 will be reimbursed off final price. A 50% deposit of the full quoted cost is required before commencement of any work. I understand that the verbally quoted price at the time of ordering may differ 20-30% due to changes in the cost of fabric, lace and shipping. All alterations will be charged accordingly, unless noted in the contract.

All alterations that are not related to the fit of the gown are considered as design variation/ changes and will be charged. Please arrive on time for your allocated appointment, failing to do so may result in a cancellation. If for any reason you have to cancel your appointment, at least 48hrs prior notice is required. No food or drink are to be brought into the fitting area. We advise that you don’t bring children to the fitting. If you must bring a child, please ensure they are supervised at all times.

White Lace is no way liable for any incidents that may occur. You may want to bring your under garments that you intend on wearing on the day, it will help to provide the best outcome. Shoes must be brought in to get the correct skirt hem length. If this is not possible, we will require you to sign a disclaimer for any work done to the hem length in case this changes with different shoes. Please wear minimal makeup to avoid any marks going onto your dress. We cannot store any shoes, or accessories on the premises. We will take a complete set of measurements (bust, waist and hips) at the preliminary fitting and shall not be liable for any changes in the measurements due to weight fluctuations or pregnancy and a charge will apply if the work needs to accommodate these changes.

Please allow 6-12 months from confirmation of order to the completion of your gown. We advise you to cover your wedding dress on your personal insurance. We will take the utmost care of your gown while on our premises, however we advise that your gown will be left at your own risk.

On final payment, you will be required to sign a form stating that the gown has been inspected fully and you are fully satisfied that the work has been completed. All payments are final and we do no offer refunds if your situation or mind changes. Payment by cash or transfer, must be in our White Lace account prior to collection.
